What if the 45 days puppy bite lightly but there is no blood or scratch. Is that create any problem to my health?

No if there is no bleeding and scratch then nothing to worry.. clean the site of bite. If any scratch  or abrasion present, then go to hospital for rabies and Tetanus vaccines.
