I have billatral chocolate ovarian cyst doctor recommend me surgery is it safe or not for pragnancy my age 30 year 5 month of marriage my right ovary has 2 chocolate cyst size 6.2×5.1 in which a)3.1×3.9cm and b)3.6×3.3cm and in my left ovary size is4.5×4.3 having endrometriosis 3.9×1.9 kindly tell what i do i am too much worried about it after surg

See endometriosis damages your ovary and decreases your ovarian reserve... But you should also know that surgery will further damages your ovarian reserve...but 6 cm cust needs removal....so please do your AMH (ovarian reserve marker) before and after surgery...consult some infertility specialist doctor soon.
