Since you have hand and leg pain check if you can move your hands and legs in all possible directions. If there is pain while moving in any particular direction and you can pin point the location of pain just check with your fingers if there's any uneven bulging or projection. If yes then it could be a possible cause of fracture. The cut which is shown in the picture is just a superficial bruise.
Next Steps
If there's pain while moving the hands or legs in any particular direction then get it checked by an orthopaedic surgeon at the earliest and get yourself an x-ray done if there's severe pain which inhibits you from doing simple works as well. Just clean the wound with some soap and running water / povidone iodine solution and get a TT injection to be on the safer side.
