  4. Wound by falling from bike. Now as well?

Wound by falling from bike
I fell from bike on road and had minor cut  on hand and knee with blood coming out... I cleaned with detol and applied neosprin. I had taken tatnus injection 2 years back for another injury. Do I need to take injection now as well?  I read online that it is not needed if taken in last 5 years
