As a Dietician, I strongly recommend not giving any drops or supplements to an 8-month-old baby without consulting a pediatrician first. The pediatrician can assess the baby’s specific needs and recommend the most appropriate supplements, if required. Each baby’s nutritional requirements can vary, and a professional's guidance is crucial to ensure their safety and well-being.

Hi Drops is not required unless and until the baby has any issues like under weight , insufficient growth . In case Breast feeding - the mother needs to eat well so that the baby is well Nourished . In case formula - the formula itself will take care along with normal food the baby eats . Need more info kindly get in touch with me .

For 8 month baby it’s important to ensure they are getting the right nutrients to support their growth and development. Since you’re already giving vitamin D , here are some common drops and supplements that might be beneficial Depending on your baby specific needs and your paediatrician recommendations Vitamin D drops D-Vi- sol Carlson baby’s super daily D3 Multivitamin Drops : Poly - vi - Sol Zarbee ‘s baby multivitamin with iron Iron drops : Nova ferrum Fer- in-sol Probiotics drops : BioGaia probiotics drops Gerber soothe Probiotics Calcium Drops : Childlife liquid calcium with magnesium A few Tips : Always check your paediatrician before introducing any new supplements Ensure that product is specially designed for infants to avoid any potential issues with dosing or safety Keep in mind that breastfeeding milk or formula milk provide most of nutrients a baby needs , so supplements should be used as a complement to main source of nutrition, not a replacement.

Vitamin d is enough for your baby. Other drops are given if the baby is premature or if the growth is inadequate.
