Belly fat issue
Ï am à 17 yr old girl. Ï am 157cm tall and ï Weigh 57kgs. Ï have a huge Belly ..i have a lót of fat accumulation which makes it even difficult for me to sit.. I have tried various exercises n diet but in vain. My belly almost hangs.. Any way to get rid of it?? Please help

Take high fibre diet n low fat n carbohydrates diet plan and do exercises Drink water 16glasses daily Stop eating outside foods and packets foods junkfoods etc fatty food's. Early dinner before 6pm Eat less and exercise more. Eat in small quantity
