Hi, I lost 6 KG"s in a month with the help of taking treatment at slimming health care centre along with regular exercise with strict diet. After loosing 6 kgs, my stomach in front portion fallen down So is there any advise you can help me to get ride of that portion which fallen to front Many thanks

Fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first class proteins(dairy produtcs,fish,chicken etc) reduced carbohydrates (white rice,poha etc) & healthy fats (almonds,walnuts etc) along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help.
