Back spinal pain
I have back spinal pain from 2 years now and I am just 22 year old. I get pain in my spine bones and my pain get released every time when I crack my spine bones. I can't able to seat without any support for more then 30 min - 1 hour . I get my major pain under my shoulder blades on right part of spine. I spent most of time my bed because of this problem.so I have to crack my back every 1-2 hour. I consulted many physiotherapist doctor before got many types of treatment but I didn't got any permeant solution. I was over weight 1 year ago and for this problem I lost my weight by regular exercise and back exercises consulted by doctors. I am currently thinking about getting treatment from chiropractor. Very frustrated by this problem cause I can't crack my back at any place. I don't know if I should visit a chiropractor or not
