Back pain since last 10 days
Hi..my wife have back pain ..more in muscles since last 10 days..i have done xray for spine but the reports are normal. I went to orthopedician, but he asked to do certain test which were costing around 4000. For normal person i think it is not affordable .please suggest on this

If it looks you normal or only the muscle pain,she do exercises in her regular days. Exercises are:-1)back isometrics exercises 2)gentle stretching exercises 3)sports taping 4)cat/camel exercise 5)postural correction

Go to a physiotherapist and take electro therapy for few days pain will reduce. Also once pain reduces start core strengthening exercises.
