Having pain in left side of my lower back it is been a month ,the degree keeps on increasing and decreasing I do gym as well , initially I was under the impression that this is because of that but I think that some nerve or bone is not at it's place

Consult orthopaedic doctor. Back pain with out leg pain usually settles with physio. Once pain settled do back muscle strengthening exercises. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury.
