As per your symptoms you might have a UTI. Do a routine urine examination and one urine culture. For fever take paracetamol 6 hourly. If you have burning sensation in urine then take alkasol twice daily with water. After report if it shows urine infection then consult for treatment regarding the course of antibiotics.
