Back pain and extended pain to both legs
I am having back pain before from last 3 months, I showed the doctor and took a digital x-ray. The doctor told me that I the lower spinal area is straight. and it's should have a curvy end. They told me it will heal by time and couple of pills, the pain is getting worse now after two months. I would like to get know what to do now. I try couple of excercise I came across in blogs and YouTube from physiotherapy professionals. I don't know it's it's helping or not because the pain on my lower back has been extended to my right leg now.
