Hi
You have to visit a Physiotherapist
Physio will evaluate you and can help you with your problem
You can use Ice pack over painful area for 5 to
7 min twice or thrice daily
You will have to do strengthening exercises for back as Physio will suggest you after your pain subsides
If it is paining in sitting position it could be related to your pelvic position that is causing pain. If it was muscular then u would have got pain in walking it is not. That means when there is counter force on Ur pelvic then u get pain. Consult a physio asp and start ice massage and start taking care of pelvic position.
