Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send more photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

This is truncal acne (back acne) with post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. The small, uniform bumps on arms can also be folliculitis or keratosis pilaris. This pattern is very common and usually linked to sweat, oil, friction, and clogged pores. Helpful tips/ words of caution: • Shower after sweating (gym/travel) • Avoid tight clothes, backpacks rubbing on back • Don’t scrub aggressively → worsens marks • Use non-oily products (avoid heavy oils on back) • Change bedsheets & clothes regularly Kindly consult with me via Practo for detailed evaluation and treatment

Hi there Thanks for the clear pics. I'm afraid it's not as simple as application of a soap or cream to get rid of it. Truncal acne may be reduced by topical lotions but one has to first ascertain if it is indeed Truncal acne or linked to dry skin issues or a pityrosporum folliculitis..the treatment will vary. Either way, best to connect with a Dermatologist and sort this out. Technically we cannot be putting out dosages unless it's on a prescription and for this, suggest you connect directly using this App's INSTANT ONLINE Consultation or apps like Apollo 24/7 where you can locate us under our names. Don't worry it is  can be sorted but for best results i feel you will have to go in for oral meds.
