Baby weight
My baby boy current weight is 6.7 now he is 6 months 11 days old he is gaining 400 grms per month from last 2 months is this correct weight?
Birth weight is 3.12
Last Saturday we vaccinated him(flu vaccine (painless)
After vaccine he didn't get fever or anything but from Wednesday temp is up like 100, 101 I'm using syrup paracetamol 250mg 2.5 3 times a day
Do I need to consult pediatrician again or can I continue that syrup ?
Please help

If baby is active ,feeding well ,playful ,then can just continue with syp ,,and also if any family member is having that it can just be viral fever.

Weight gain is normal for age. If the baby is playful during inter febrile periods it might just be viral and you can continue paracetamol. But If the baby is lethargic and not feeding well it will be better to consult a paediatrician.
