Weight gain is adequate . It means baby is growing well. Continue breast feeds
No top feeds water outside stuff till 6months age
Little bit vomiting post feeding is absolutely normal. The baby's sphincters that is openings at upper gastrointestinal canal are still developing so they do vomit a bit. These episodes subside by 6-7 months.
Need to show if vomiting large quantities no wt gain and lethargy is there. Else yourbaby is fine

This is very good weight at 10weeks of age
Means your giving feeding very well and adequately.
For Vomitings and spitting of feeds use drops Domstal 0.2ml morning afternoon night before 30mins to feed for 3 days
You child weight is absolutely normal .
And regarding the vomiting and spitting - if the child regurgitates after feed it’s normal .(Vomiting is different - Chid refuses to take after vomiting and will be irritable , if child is active and playful and takes feeds after spitting it’s normal ). Since weight gain is normal he is adequate nutrition
Next Steps
Follow up with a pediatrician for weigh gain and milestones in every vaccination time
