Hello ,
My daughter is 3 months old...her birth weight was 2.48 kilograms and at 2.5 months when we took her for vaccination she was 3.93 kilograms..
I was concerned if I can start introducing semi solid food like ragi or cerelac after completing 4months along with breastfeeding just to increase her weight
Kindly advise

Breast milk is the best nutrition for baby till 6 months of age.
Next Steps
After 6 months- consider introducing semi solid foods in a staged manner along with your breast milk-
start with rice, rava ganji, then mashed cooked vegetables mixed with rice and ghee, banana , curds and dal
Later u can start with egg yellow by 7-8 months Continue breast feed 1-2 times per day
Health Tips
DONOT GIVE COW/BUFFALO MILK till 1 year of age to prevent developing allergies.
By 1 year of age your child should be able to have a family pot diet- exactly what you consume!
Exclusive breastfeeding for initial 6 months is the best food for your baby to have adequate weight gain. Moreover your baby weight gain is quite satisfactory for age and it will continue to increase adequately if you rely on exclusive breastfeeding upto 6 months of age. Complementary feeding to be started only after 6 months of age.
Next Steps
Besides exclusive breastfeeding you can give
DROP KIDRICH D3/VITANOVA D3 (800IU/ML)
0.5 ML ONCE DAILY UPTO 1 YEAR OF AGE
Complimentary foods to be started after the child is 6 months old.
Not before that.
And when you.introduce u start with liquids
Daal water , rice water, moong water, lime juice and other juice then mashed foods and semisolid like khichdi or dalia or sheer, upma and then solid foods at last.
Right now just breast feeding alone is enuff not even water is required.
