Baby sleeping problem
My baby boy is 8 month 16 days old and his birth weight was 2.6 kg and now his weight is 8.725 kg and height is 71cm . He is currently in on 2 meals per day plus 2 times formula milk 180 ml per feeding per day and breastfeeding. He is eating well and passing urine properly and doing potty daily. My concern is what I can do so that he sleep in longer stretches ? What additionally I can do to make him sleep longer specially in night. He stills wakes in 1 -2 hour in night . As a working mom it's getting hard for me . I am thinking to apply magnesium lotion to my feet ? Any suggestions on that can I use magnesium lotion for him ?

Your baby boy is now big . You can give khichdi with ghee or shero at night to extend sleep hours. You can give message chapati in dal also at night. Otherwise in daytime  4 hourly you can feed him.

Good evening, First thing I noticed is you are using formula feeds along with Breastfeeding, I advise stop formula feeding. But as you are a working mother just do this instead give him 3 - 4 feeds of rice and dal with veggies in the morning till night along with Breastfeeding, in night make plan for three breastfeeding times 10pm, 2am and 6 am and you give formula feeds inbetween 12am, 4 am and 8am so that your sleeping schedule is not that much hampered. Don't apply magnesium to your feet and also to your baby feet.
Next Steps
1. give breastfeeding 3 times at night and formala feeding 3 times 2. formula feeds can be given by father so that you can get a four hour sleep
