Baby passing stool in green mucus way
My baby is 7.5 months old, we have started cerelac and is on similac formula. From some days he is passing mucusy green stool number of times in less amount but frequently after every feed.
Is it cause of concern?

Is it more watery content?
Is the baby on breast feeding or not?
As it is mucous contain go for stool investigation mean while
Start syrup mintonia 5ml once in a day
It is advisable to start home based semisolid food than cerelac alone
