My baby is 7.5 months old, we have started cerelac and is on similac formula. From some days he is passing mucusy green stool number of times in less amount but frequently after every feed.
Is it cause of concern?

Green colour Motion is normally seen in babies and mostly it may be due to less feeding or formula milk feeding babies.
If it is associated with mucous and foul smell in motion than there could be some infection.
