Green mucus poop in 4 month old baby

Asked for Female, 29 Years

My son is 4 months old. He s having greenish mucus poop since 3 weeks and started observing tiny blood streaks since 2 weeks. So got the stool test done as suggested by a near by paediatrician. Stool for reducing substance test is nil and stool routine test has puss cells 2-4/hpf. Doctor had suggested taxim o 25mg drops 1.3ml for 5 days and enterogermina for 3 days. Could you please suggest what does puss cell range 2-4 mean. Also, could you please let me know if taxim o dosage can be reduced.

Stop taxim-o. If giving top feeds,use ONLY formula,give feeds using a spoon and katori. Give feeds at a gap of atleast 3 to 3-1/2 hours. Add Enterogermina vial half vial twice a day for 5 days. Up-to 5 pus cells are normal. Maintain strict hygiene in giving feeds.
