My baby is 6 months old. However her neck is not stable. She can hold her neck for sometime then it wobbles and she bends it down

It is late. Neck holding should be there.
Take physiotherapist opinion.
But all depends how early we start.
Tummy time is also helpful in achieving the milestones.
