Baby girl has itching problem

My 6 months old daughter has itching around genital area. She uses Pampers. What can be the reason? ? Please suggest remedy.

Greetings, Problem noted , it can be either urinary tract infection or may be diaper rash. I want to ask more history like does your daughter cry during passing urine , any vomiting or fever ?
