Difference is ... Vaccine  in private are available at a cost. Government  is almost no cost. Private vaccination  gives multiple  options Private vaccination  you may choose acellular Vaccine at times of DPT which causes less pain and fever . You get combination  of six Vaccine  in private vis a vis 5 combination  in Government. So one prick less in private Full volume ipv pvt  v/s fractionated ipv Government Pneumococcal Vaccine schedule 3 dose 6,10,14 week in private versus 2 dose in Government  6 and 14 Booster at 15 months in private  versus booster at 9 months in Government..longer immunity in private schedule.. MMR at 9 months  in private versus MR in Government Additional  vaccination of flu, typhoid and hepatitis  A ,Japanese  encep during first year in private The only limitation in private vaccination  is cost.
