Hello. Baby needs solid foods from 6months onward to bridge calorie deficit.
You can start with boiled and mashed potato. After few days start giving rice moong dal powder mixed in water. U can also give mashed fruits such as chiku, banana.
Thick dal is also a good option.
Juices should be restricted to 30 to 50 ml per day. Should be given once or twice only.
Any new food item which u start should be given for 1 week to look for acceptance or rejection
