I have 7 plus months baby. Can I give coconut milk for my baby.please suggest food list for my baby for healthy weight gain.

Yes you can give coconut milk to any baby above 6 months of baby. Don't give cows or animal milk till 1 year of age

Hello there, yes you can give coconut milk. Prefer fresh homemade coconut milk,start with 1–2 teaspoons mixed in food, Watch for rare allergy signs (rash, vomiting, diarrhea).  Do consult online and get details about food list required as per your baby's history
