My daughter is 1.5 years old and she has a cough issue from past 4/5 month we did all test and all are normal but still she gets cough again and again she also has runny nose .but she eats well and play also but today she vomit 2 times she when she looks food she start feeling vomiting . I am so confused why this is happening .

If she has thrived well... And not that in distress..some amount of cough cold you should ignore as it is a protective body response to eliminate dirt from nasal and mouth cavity. So if she Is active having no distress then please ignore
If repeated cough and runny nose there could dust allergy or hyper airway reactive disease also would be there
