Baby blood stools

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Hi, My baby is 8 months old.. I find red color on stools but no fever, diarrhea, vomitings and even he is going free motion no hard stools... Even he is active.. Am giving fruit juices and home made ceralac along with breastfeed... What may be the reason? Is this serious? Shall i check for one more day or consult any pediatrician?
