My daughter is 1 month old, her current weight as of last week was 3.25 kg, her birthday weight was 2.5 kg born in 36 week.
She has reflux issues because after every feed she throws out curd like milk.
Currently she fully formula fed (Similac Total Comfort) we are giving 60 ml every 3 hours but she is demanding more within 1 to 1.5 hours of every feed. Can we give her the additional feed or increase the quantity to 90 ml per feed but I am afraid that will worsen her reflux or should we keep giving her 60 ml but at 1.5 hour to hours duration?

Yes, we should feed baby as per demand.. And the reflux she is having is totally normal for her age and doesnot require any urgent medical attention.. Although if she regurgitate a lot more or if it is associated with proper vomiting with blood/mucous/bile.. U need to consult us..
As per your history, weight gain is quite good.. So as for now feed as per demand and watch for signs as explained above..
Next Steps
Try to use formula as less as u can
Encourage breastfeeds over formula
Keep burping after each feeds atleast for 15-20min
Health Tips
If baby is not gaining weight or is asscoiated with vomiting of blood/mucous/bile..Consult urgently
Regards
it was normal for a baby … burping after a feed was helpful
no need of medication.. wt gain was adequate . no need to worry
Next Steps
if the complaint was excessive then you need medication ..
danger signs :not gaining wt., lethargy and refusal of feeds , excessive cry, abd distension . blood and mucus in stools
