Your Vitamin B12 level of 148 pg/mL confirms a deficiency that needs to be addressed to improve your energy levels and nerve health. Since you are already taking Thyronorm 50, it is important to time your supplements correctly to ensure all medications are absorbed properly. Recommended Management: Supplementation: A high-dose Methylcobalamin supplement (such as Tab. Neurokind OD 1500 mcg) is standard for this level of deficiency. Timing (Crucial): Thyronorm: Continue taking this on an empty stomach immediately upon waking. B12 Supplement: Take this at night before bed or at least 4-6 hours after your Thyronorm. Calcium and certain multivitamins can interfere with thyroid hormone absorption, so spacing them out is vital. Revital Women: You can continue this with breakfast, but note that the B12 content in standard multivitamins is usually too low to correct a documented deficiency. Clinical Advice: Duration: You should follow this regimen for 2 to 3 months, then re-test your B12 levels to see if they have reached the optimal range (>400 pg/mL). Dietary Sources: If you are vegetarian, consider increasing your intake of dairy products (milk, curd, paneer). If you are non-vegetarian, eggs and lean meats are excellent natural sources. Check for Fatigue: If you still feel exhausted after a month of B12, we may need to check your Ferritin (Iron) and Vitamin D levels, as these deficiencies often coexist with thyroid and B12 issues. Summary: Start the B12 supplement as a separate dose at night. This will help resolve the deficiency without affecting your thyroid treatment.

It is very common for people with thyroid issues to have low Vitamin B12, so do not worry this is easily manageable. The amount of B12 in multivitamins like Revital is low to correct an actual deficiency you likely need a separate, B12 supplement for a few months.
Next Steps
You should consult a doctor for a proper prescription. Vitamin B12 supplements are available over the counter, your levels are low so a professional approach is safer and effective
Health Tips
Increase your intake of milk, curd (dahi), and paneer, as these are excellent vegetarian sources of B12
