B12 deficiency
Hello doctor i recently did my B12 blood test and my B12 is very low its only 145. i feel a lot of body pain and fatigue all the time. my joints hurt too including shoulders. is it because i have B12 deficiency? And i can't eat non veg because i'm a pure vegetarian. what other options do i have to increase my B12?

Hi Yes  it is due to vit. B12 deficiency You can eat 1 egg daily Take inj. Vit b12 on alternate day for 7 doses
