B12 deficiency enquiry - 183 mg/pl
My recent blood test show that my vitamin b12 levels are 183 mg/pl and I am having weakness, Deziness, Metallic taste in Mouth , muscle pains and tickling sometimes... Are the above symptoms of b12 deficiency... What is the treatment need to be taken, do I need to take b12 suppliment injections or tablets...please suggest

Injection might not be needed..few of them like weakness , muscle pains , tingling can be b12 deficiency. .. If ur symptoms r severe, or if ur body is unable to digest tablets( to simplify ) injections maybe needed.. For ur report...tablets can be sufficient
