B12 deficiency
Dear sir/ma'am, I was diagnosed with vitamin B12 deficiency recently. The report indicated an actual value of 190 where as the reference range is 200-900. I am an eggetarian. I would like to know the root cause for this condition. Kindly help.

Hello.. sir are you a vegetarian by diet? Because vitamin b 12 deficiency is common in vegetarians...cause of deficiency may be because if less intake of food rich in that, absorption difficulties, intestinal infection etc...you can start with the supplements... thank you
