I have b/l ovarian cyst.right ovary shows cystic area measuring 62×49×64mm of volume 1101cc and left ovary shows small cystic areally measuring 23×16mm but no fluid seen in POD

Take oc pills means tab novelon from day 5of your menses for 21days then stop.again start it from day 5 of menses for or months and do sonography after 2 months to see reduction in size.ideally it should reduce,if not then u may require surgery
