AVN suspect for left hip

Question

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Hi Good morning, I have suspected AVN of left hip with with very early stage.There is a very less pain in the hip joint while uplifting the leg.Doc has suggested me some kind of surgery. So i want to know is there any way to cure this without surgery.Report is saying that Osteonictrotic area is involving less than 15% of the left femoral head.Please suggest. AVN needs surgical intervention as its necrotic tissue means dead tissue so it has to be removed after surgery you will need Physiotherapy for muscle strengthening and gait training.
