AVN on both femoral heads(right side stage III and left side stage II) Please guide me for a non-surgical treatment.

Hi ! AVN is not a very good problem to suffer with at your age. It is usually secondary to steroid intake or metabolic abnormalities or chronic medication intake. better is a surgical therapy at an early stage like core decompression which can buy you time before an eventual hip replacement. do not look for non-surgical options and do not resent to non scientific methods.
