AVN left femoral head
Namaste, I live in France. I've been diagnosed an AVN on the left hip a year ago, and in France they only propose a total Joint replacement . I'm 54, I used to practice yoga and be rather sportive, and I must say I have a hard time accepting this surgery... I recently discovered what an « ayurveda panchakarma treatment » can do for this disease of the femoral head bone. I don't feel that Ayurveda can help you in AVN. Mainstay is to identify the stage and  act accordingly. Try to find the cause  of avascular necrosis. Treatment focuses on avoiding weight bearing over the diseases segment  of bone or decompression in early stages. Late stages  require THR especially when joint  in involved perse. Share xrays or MRI.
