You can request your doctor to prescribe generic medicines. Most doctors will not refuse and can recommend options based on your specific needs—just follow their guidance. Generic medicines contain the same active ingredient, in the same dose, and provide the same therapeutic effect as branded medicines, so they are a safe and cost-effective option.
Next Steps
Start by reviewing your blood report before making any decision. Diet also plays a major role in managing this condition.
Health Tips
• Review your blood report before starting any treatment • Include iron-rich foods: – Vegetarian: spinach, beetroot, jaggery (gur), dates, legumes etc. – Non-vegetarian: eggs, chicken, fish etc. • Pair meals with Vitamin C (essential): – Lemon, amla, orange, tomato to enhance iron absorption • Avoid tea and coffee around meals, as they reduce absorption • Do not take iron along with milk or calcium supplements • Soak or sprout dals and grains to improve absorption • For a personalized diet plan, consult a Qualified Dietitian Only You can contact with us also

You can go for generic medicines instead. Also take good care of the diet too to sustain the gained results. Only supplements will not help you
