I am a male 30 years old. I live in a very rural area. Here no doctor available. I want to just check my heart. Do a ECG in self recomandation. Kindly check it and tell me is it likely normal or any hert related issue is there. Please help me. I am from very poor family. For do this ecg i travel 138 km..🙏🙏🙏

Three leads are missing (V4, V5, V6).
You did not let your name or date of ECG be shown.
You travelled 138 km to get the ECG done. I am sure if you had asked the ECG technician he would have helped you to a certain extent. He could have even told you if there was a doctor available in another 138 km.
No Doctor available but excellent Internet connection in your area that you could transmit ECG.
I am sorry I am being sarcastic , but this type of misplaced smartness puts me off.

Your ECG is within Normal limits as per international standards
However it is adviced to get blood tests ( including HBA1C , TSH, fasting lipid profile )
and echo tmt test done as a part of complete heart checkup
