There can be various types of anxiety and symptoms of each varies. You can feel anxious with no apparent reason. You can practice deep breathing, or try to distract yourself by focusing on your breaths or by counting. If still not manageable then consult a Psychiatrist. There are various ways of treatment. If the Anxiety is associated with no triggers/no stress and you are experiencing palpitations, dryness of mouth and decreased sleep at night, which hampers your daily functioning then you need to get assessed by a Psychiatrist. If it is not that severe then try practising deep breathing exercises and other relaxation techniques like meditation to manage it temporarily
