Hi When someone experiences shortness of breath, palpitations, cold or sweaty hands, tightness in the chest or throat, and all medical tests keep coming normal, it is very often anxiety or panic-related, not a missed physical illness. Anxiety can strongly mimic heart, lung, or throat problems and make the body feel like something is seriously wrong, even when it isn’t. Having these symptoms for years can make anyone feel exhausted, confused, and hopeless, especially after repeated normal reports but the persistence of symptoms does not mean danger, it means the nervous system has been stuck in a fear-response loop. The good news is that this condition is treatable, once addressed in the right way. Therapy helps break the cycle of fear, body scanning, and panic, and teaches the mind and body to feel safe again. You are not weak or imagining this your system is overwhelmed and needs proper support. Take therapy. You can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.

As you told that you are facing following symptom and all investigations are normal so it’s indicate that it’s rule out any physical illness. Now the question comes than what it is? It’s probably panic disorder: Anxiety disorder and for that you should start treatment with that some psychotherapy. Because together (medicine and psychotherapy) have better result. Thankyou

Based on your symptoms and the fact that all medical tests are normal, this is most consistent with an anxiety disorder / panic symptoms, not a serious physical illness. The breathlessness, palpitations, cold hands, sweating, and “lump in throat” feeling are very common anxiety symptoms and can persist for years if untreated. The good news is this is treatable. I would strongly advise: • A proper psychiatric consultation • Treatment with therapy (especially CBT) ± medication • Learning breathing and anxiety-management techniques You’re not weak or imagining this—and you can definitely feel better with the right help.
