Do some changes in ur daily schedule, like adding meditation and exercise. Do activities of ur liking e.g. swimming, playing outdoor games, going out.
U can get another consultation done by a Psychiatrist and get urself counseling or psychotherapy u require. As for adjustment disorder either u have to remove stress or u have to cop up with it.

Perhaps reviewing medical treatment and being open about what's not working for you with your doctor, and asking questions on how the medication works might give you more clarity on the issues that you're facing.
Coupling medication with therapy/counselling has a lot of research evidence in its efficacy. You could try that as well.
