Anxiety/Panic Attack
Had symptoms like severe breathlessness, numbness in head, cold feet, body was immovable, shivering and fast heartbeat. It lasted for about 50 minutes, as a series of high and low. I used to calm down then again after a few minutes it used to peak and this continued for 50 minutes or more. Had it earlier when i was at the age of 17, post that had just mild attacks, which lasted for about a minute or so, but this was the longest so far. Please guide me what should i do further with this. Feeling total exhaustion post that.

Hello, Do these symptoms occur when you are stressed or otherwise as well?Since how long you are experiencing these symptoms? You need to check what triggers your anxiety? While trying some breathing and mindfulness exercises just focus on the exercises not the symptoms because your body is not in proper relaxation :while calming yourself down your mind anticipates these symptoms: that is the reason soon after relaxing symptoms reoccur with more intensity.So try deep breathing first focusing just on your breath and thn try some mindfulness exercises

Breathlessness, numbness, cold feat etc., shows that you are under some stress and something is bothering you.. Or, it could that, you aren't convinced a out certain people, or certain behaviour in few people, which might also be the reason for what you go through.
