Anxiety issue
I have anxiety issue for that I took pari cr 12.5 for 5 years but due to problem on bladder and semen I moved to ventab dxt after 6 month of ventab the same problem again started my dr saying either go for nexito 10 mg or levomil 20 mg I read that all SNRI and ssri have these side effect ,if I compare the above 2 medicine I feel better in snri in term of anxiety but side effect is more severe my pvr is 193 cc ,so should I go another snri or in ssri pls suggest

There are other medications as well to treat anxiety, which dont have effect on urinary bladder. So consult a psychiatrist
