I was suffering from depression and anxiety for which i am on medication from last 6 months. i am taking sanzi 20 for anxiety and Dvenespan 50 mg for depression..
After taking medication mu symptoms hav improved but still i feel irritated and restless the whole day with negative thoughts and unrealistic thinking..
i just wanted to know how long doea it take to get permanent relief and are there any natural ways which i can follow along with medication..

The medicines dosages can be increased - which should help with your negative thoughts and irritability.
You could start CBT or MCT (therapy) simultaneously with medicines.
At this stage I don't think anyone can comment on how long to take medicine and if you'll get permanent relief because everyone responds differently.
