One and half months ago while working i suddenly felt some strange sensation on the top of brain and that same night by hearbeat pulse got raised and the entire night i felt i would get an heart attack, next day onwards i got convinced that i did not have any heart issues but the pulse rate kept high BP was normal and chest tightness and pulse was their, 7 days at night suddenly i started having breathing difficulty and after like 2 hours of struggle i slept off, the next day onwards i had some chest tightness once in an hour gasp of breath and a cooling sensation on head, also sometimes i felt while sitting that a phone was vibrating, after that i consulted a doctor ans he prescribed me clonezapam which i took for 10 days it made me feel better, however i still had some pins and needle symptoms and sometimes strange crawling through head or once in 2 hrs gasp for breath, now i consulted a doc who gave me nexito plus and with 2 days i feel much better comparitively, any advise.?

From the limited information I can gather you might be having Ac. Panic attacks with anticipatory anxiety in between. Only Nexito plus will not suffice. I suggest you consult a good psychiatrist and follow his treatment.
