Asked for Male, 33 Years

I have been diagnosed with health anxiety and consistently feel i have a problem in my heart. I have take 6 ecgs in the past 6 months and they r normal. I also get a lot of burps and sudden vertigo but ent specialist confirmed i am fine. Are these anxiety related symptoms?
