Good sleep is the most imp thing dear In ayurveda we do nasyam ,shirodhara kind of head treatments for this And the root cause for the anxiety might be stress,your body type ,your disturbed stomach ,your late sleeping etc So it is needed to know the root cause for your anxiety

We can't suggest any specific brand medicine for anxiety. Because ayurveda is treating the patient not the disease. Good digestion, proper elimination, good sleep is the 3 pillers of life. When an imbalance is happening any one all disease will start. The anxiety is a mental worry, its person to person it's various. Reson, type, onset, triggering factor etc. Need to know the causative factors and need to treat from the root cause. So any particular brand suggestion is bit difficult. Need more details. There is no direct internal medicine to cure anxiety, there may be so many factors for anxiety. Anxiety may due to lack of sleep due to stress related to your life etc, You have to take proper counselling before taking any medicine, Ayurvedic treatment like sirodhara, thalapothichil etc can provide you better relief along with some internal medicines, Medicines should be taken under medical supervision
