Anxiety and Stress
I have anxiety and Stress day to day corporate work life. My medicine reports are good. Doctor said due to chemical imbalance it's happening. Earlier i took paxidep 12.5 alopathy tablet. Felling better but permanent how to recover from Anxiety and Stress. One ayurvedic doctor said use Medavati ayurvedic tablets for good and quick benefits. Could you please suggest here. Can I use Medavati ayurvedic tablets.

Your anxiety and stress is more due to gut imbalance so follow HAIP DIET for that.  Medha vati can act as good aid but it will not address the root cause. Follow HAIP DIET.  That is the most important thing you can do.

Stress and anxiety are behavioral and lifestyle diseases. You may experience reduction in their level by taking antidepressants or sedatives, but complete treatment of such diseases needs modification of your behaviour and lifestyle alongwith few medications.

Absolutely, you can use medhavati, You can also ise syrup shankhpushpi 20 ml in 20 ml leukwarm milk before sleep for 3 months

Yes Medhavati / Brahmi vati should be continued. Best is always counselling, find a counsellor and continue the sessions. Am Ayurvedic counsellor is better equipped for the Manas Dosha balancing or Bio Energy Balancing of the Psyche.

:- Do long breathing exercises. :- stay away from mobile and laptop :- Buy some plants grow them in your balcony and garden and start care them :-Start meditation..How to do meditation or any concern about meditation consult here. :- take one table spoon badam rogan oil in milk every day. :- No need of allopathic medicine they make you lazy.

Hello You need to Indulge yourself in some sort of physical activities like yoga , walking , swimming etc . Which keeps you busy and your mind busy . Also gives you a sense of happiness.Spend time with your friends and family . Apart from these putting Any oil 2-2 drops in each nostrils early morning . Start taking Brahmi tablet 2-2 , Manasamrita vatakam 1-1 and saraswatarishtam 10ml in equal amount of water twice daily.
