I've been having anxiety attacks since the past one year..at first I couldn't figure out what it was but it feels like a gripping sensation in my chest and heart thumping really hard, numbness of my limbs and I feel mentally detached.
I simply can not visit a doctor at this moment. Please suggest some medication I can buy to help.

Dear mam
Unfortunately, you cannot buy medication without a prescription. And to get a prescription, you need to visit a doctor. Treatment of anxiety disorder consists of a through evaluation including some physical tests to rule out any physical cause like thyroid abnormality of needed and further treatment. Management depends on the outcome of assessment and usually consists of medications as well as psychological therapy.
Please see a psychiatrist in person or online for the initial consultation.
You can try certain relaxation techniques like meditation and calm breathing till the time you are able to contact a mental health professional.
Thanks
