I have taking anxiety medicine regulary . Some time i feel dizziness during walking. On 25/11/2022 my T3 and T4 normal but TSH = 6.5120
now on 15/01/2023 T3 and T4 normal TSH= 5.49 .
Should I start thyroxine ??
Please correlate with my report.

Your report shows subclinical hypothyroidism where T3,T4 Are normal and TSH.is high.Thyroxine is required only if you have any symptoms related to hypothyroidism or TSH level is above 10.
You need to recheck thyroid function tests after 3 months to monitor.
Your report also shows low vitamin d ,take 60000 iu of vitamin d once a week for at least 15 weeks.
